Training Delivery Head:

Experience : 10 - 15 years in Academics/ Training function. Should currently be handling National or Regional Training Head position with any corporate or Education & training company.

Job Description & Role Requirements :

  • The candidate will be responsible for doing the TNA, Training content creation and delivery across corporate
  • Person has to lead & motivate regional training teams, implement & monitor training quality standards
  • Should have excellent communication / presentation skills and should be a good team manager
  • Should be conversant with latest training methodologies and implement them for achieving World Class training standards
  • Should be highly energetic go-getter with very high achievement motivation
  • Should be willing to travel as per business needs

Business Development Managers: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai and Delhi

Experience: 1 - 5 years
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing & sales activities and policies to promote products and Services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients by means of regular interaction and communication.
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparation of corporate presentations and sales brochures.
  • Design and run various marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Coordinate or participate in promotional activities to market products or services.
  • Assist the business development in sales.
Trainer Profile
  • Deliver training as needed for target audience as defined by the client or for their associates and dealers.
  • Deliver training to clients in the areas of People Managemement, Leadership Management, Organisational Improvement, HR related, Personal Effectiveness, Sales and customer care.
  • Continuously keeps himself / herself updated on content and training methodology in order to maintain currency and relevance.
  • Should have expertise in identified domain/s or industry vertical.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with client as required
  • Actively seek ways to improve training skills and keep upgrading knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records, training schedules, and attendance sheets and post training reports and other reports that would be project/client/company specific.
  • Implement all process applicable for this role.
  • Adherence to process and procedures as required for all projects.

Content Developer and Instructional Designers

The Content Team Member will be responsible for producing quality content involving conceptualization and creative representation of the same.

Profile
  • Conducting Training Need Analysis for the target audience when required.
  • Participate in designing a training solution
  • Preparing a design document
  • Delivering training for functional and process trainings when required
  • Developing creative content for blended medium instructor led training as per the agreed productivity norms within the timelines agreed
  • Using interactive methods
  • Using Learning enablers
  • Research on the subject
  • His/her responsibilities will also include editing and customizing learning objects for clients
  • Liasoning with Business Team members/Project Manager to understand the requirements and for ensuring smooth roll outs
  • Modify and edit existing content
  • Interface with Certification and Capability team on Booting of lead trainers on the content for effective and smooth delivery.
  • Execute specific, proof reading and quality check activities for various training modules in blended form
  • Develop assessment questions and criteria in consultation with content head, certification head and external vendor/partners
  • Execute requirements of user profiling, instructional design, taxonomy, information mapping, and other content development specific methodologies
  • Develop presentations, documentation, faculty manuals and other collaterals

Profile
  • Good Communications Skills with Fluency in local and English language.
  • Extensive traveling to remote locations to train rural BPL candidates.
